Monthly Kirtan Circle
Sing. Connect. Belong
An afternoon of devotional singing, movement and connection.
Through our breath, voice and presence, we open the heart and calm the nervous system. You'll be invited to place a simple offering at the altar and invited to join in with the singing - no experience needed, just a willingness to listen or sing.
We end with tea and space to connect or be quiet - whatever you need.
All are welcome. Come as you are and feel free to bring a friend who might love this too.

One-to-One Restorative Sessions:
Personalised Support for Your Nervous System
These sessions are designed for you - your body, your breath, and your current emotional landscape. Together we will explore practices such as restorative yoga, breathwork (pranayama), slow flow, and deep rest through yoga nidra to help ease anxiety, release tension and restore your sense of balance.
Held online or in person, these sessions give you the space to soften, to reconnect, and feel held.
